What is involved with the one to one sessions?
Dogs
Toni works with you and your dog on a one to one basis in your own home.
It is recommended you consider having between 3 to 5 sessions to be able to work through issues, learn the skills required to continue your dog's progress and become comfortable with the training methods.
Within the session your dog will be assessed, a history or update obtained and work undertaken towards helping you and your dog with the issue. This will involve a unique mixture of behavioral work, training, Tellington TTouch Training and Real Dog Yoga, depending on what your dog needs, (If you prefer to just work with one modality, please discuss this with Toni when booking a session).
Goals will also be set for the owner to work on between sessions.
Sessions can be weekly or every other week depending on the owner’s preference.
Cats, birds and small animals
Cats and small animals are seen in their home environment.
Generally smaller animals need less sessions so it is recommended you consider having between 1 to 3 sessions to be able to work through issues, learn the skills required to continue your animal's progress and become comfortable with the training methods.
Within the sessions your animal will be assessed, a history or update obtained and work undertaken towards helping them and you with the issue.
Goals will also be set for the owner to work on between sessions.
Sessions can be weekly or every other week depending on the owner’s preference.
Session Details
Based in Chinnor, South Oxfordshire and seeing clients within a 30 mile radius. This includes South Oxfordshire, South Bucks and Berkshire.
For session prices and travel cost please see prices page. link below. Home visits outside of a 30 mile radius will be charged an extra £25 to cover travel time. Also the session price may vary if you can only see Toni at the weekend.
The first session is around two hours. In this time Toni will gather history, assess and work with your animal and then teach you any relevant work. Any further sessions are around one hour long. There is no clock watching involved we simple work until we are done.
